Located in Nashik, India’s wine capital, the winery reimagines the conventional vineyard model as a community-driven facility. Instead of large-scale land ownership, it sources grapes from local farmers, bringing them together through a shared process of production, knowledge, and exchange.

A reservoir collects and stores water for irrigation and community use, establishing water as an integral part of the project. The architecture is shaped by the relationship between water, grapes, and community, with production, gathering, and landscape spaces organised around these shared resources. The winery becomes a collective infrastructure that connects farmers, agriculture, and the growing wine culture of Nashik.
