About Us

Studio Leero is an international architectural and interior design practice based in Mumbai. We approach architecture as a continuously evolving discipline, dedicated to the creation of sustainable and contextually responsive design solutions. Our work critically engages with the growing disconnect between contemporary architectural practices and the traditional techniques that have historically informed our built environment.
Central to our practice is a rigorous commitment to material experimentation and research. This ensures that each project we undertake is not only thoughtfully integrated with its surrounding environment but also contributes to the broader discourse on sustainable design. Our approach to architecture treats the various elements of a project such as - landscape, interior design, product design, and structural systems—as interconnected components of a unified whole. This integration enhances the spatial experience, foregrounding the significance of human-centered design in creating environments that are both functional and meaningful.

We are deeply invested in the utilization of locally sourced materials and the collaboration with regional artisans, as we believe that architecture should be reflective of its local context while also being responsive to specific climatic conditions.
Our work is not an isolated exercise but a dialogue with the various forces that shape our world, seeking to create spaces that are not only aesthetically pleasing but also contribute positively to the broader ecological and social fabric.
